Ill - Mark Andre, Los Angeles manufacturer, announced Tuesday the partial purchase rt the Pacific Paper board Co. of Lonfview. He laid he plana to build a paperboard plant here. Andre, owner of the Andre Paper Box Co., Lai Angeles, said the new plant would be erected on the site of one destroyed in a I nuuion dollar fire Jan. 11. 1951. Spooner, chief geological witness for Westcoast Transmis sion Co., was in the Power Com mission hearing room but attor neys recommended another 24 - hour delay to permit his complete recovery from a cold which stalled the resumption ot tne Hearing Monday.
