Miss Judy Bancroft, sen Miss Sharon Long were in stalled as senior and junior princesses. Miss Janice Rob erts was installed as guide and Miss Sharon Bourne, marshal. The retiring queen. Miss Bar bara Cone, was the installing officer. Playing the part of angel during the "Book of Gold" ceremony was three-year-old Debra Lindeman. Miss Louise Owens read the "Book of Gold." Assbling in the cer emony were members of Che meketa chapter Order of De- Molay for Boys. Soloists were Peter Van Horn accompanied by Miss Patricia Shields and Miss Ruth Holmquist accom panied by Miss Judy Bancroft. Candlelighters were Miss Mary Arnold and Miss Sharon Byers. Bible escorts were Miss Marilyn Harland, Miss Sharyn French and Miss Jan lee Button. The traditional silver plate, honored queen doll, and a past queen ring were presented to Miss Cone. Miss Juddy Bancroft, sen ior princess, presented the queen's Bible to Miss Young quist with a "degree" assisted by Miss Sharon Bourne, Miss Jan Roberts, Miss Ramona Sal minen, Miss Mary Arnold, Miss Hancy Weeks, and Miss Toni DeSart. Michael Youngquist presented a gaval to the new queen. Roger Moorhead gave; B reading and Miss Holmquist sung for the program. Girls escorted were Miss Barbara Cone, Miss Patsy Sni der, past queens of 35: Miss Nancy Owens, past queen of 43; Miss Ann Berger, present queen of 43; Miss Barbara An derson, past queen of 48; Miss Billie Jean Riddle, past queen of 34, Monmouth-Independence; Miss Frances Burris, sen ior princess of 48; Miss Nancy Snider, junior princess of 43; and Miss Mary Claire Mooney. Mrs. Ernest Yeo, grand guardian of the state of Ore gon, was escorted and intro duced. Guardians and past guardians escorted were Mrs. Eldon Riddle, 34; Mrs. Norman Fletcher, 43; and Mrs. Marven Rasmussen, 35. Also escorted was Milton McDaniel, master councilor of DeMolay. Family Lunch Tomato Soup Crackers Eggs a la Bonne Femme Individual Salads Fruit Beverage Eggs a la Bonne Femme Ingredients: For each serv ing 5 teaspoons butter or mar garine, 'ii cup lightly packed thin strips onion (1 medium small onion), 1 teaspoon wine vinegar, 2 eggs, salt and pep per, -U cup lightly packed tiny bread cubes (made from French bread or rolls with crusts left on). Method: Melt 2 teaspoons but ter in skillet; add onion and cook over low heat S to 7 min utes, until onion is still some what crisp but not brown. Add wine vinegar to skillet; turn in. to individual 6-inch heat-resistant glass pie plate. Break eggs over onions; sprinkle eggs with salt and pepper. Melt 3 teaspoons butter in skillet; add bread cubes and stir well. Sprinkle bread cubes over eggs. covering yokes. Bake in slow (325 F) oven 17 minutes. Serve at once.
