A load of horses fell off the rear of a truck north of town last weekend when the rack slipped loose. The driver, Charles Rowe, of McMinnville, didn't miss the horses until he stopped here, 15 miles up high way 99W. Rowe hurried Dack in the pouring rain and found the horses had been rounded up and were unhurt but the rack was demolished. Helen Lonsberry, accompan ied by Mrs. Louis Koppe and Deidre Dick of Eugene, will leave by train Friday for a trip to New York City.
