In the event the Senators win the second half title (they are two and a half games out of first with 10 games to go) there will be no playoffs. In that ease, Salem would win the WIL pennant automatically. If a playoff is necessary, it will begin away from Salem, probably at Lewiston or Spo kane, on Wednesday, Septem- . ber 9. Games will be played there Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The series moves to Salem Sunday, September 13, with a Jingle game at 2:30 p.m. After that, there will be nightly games at 7:30 until one team has won four games in the- playoffs.
