the game will be nationally tele
vised. The teams are so evenly pair
ed that oddsmakers have called
it even money. It's the last game

the game. And although both

It's the 56th time Oregon
and OSC have met. Oregon
has 27 victories, OSC has 21
and there have been seven
ties. But s:'nce the war, the
Beavers have dominated the
series.
Oregon is a slight favorite
on the basis of last week's per
formances. Many seniors will be play
ing their final games, includ
ing such stars as Sam Baker,
rated the finest fullback in
OSC history, and Monte
Brethaner, Oregon's fine end
who is among the top pass re
