Stayton Mrs, Nalda Ellen Booker, 44,
died In a Lebanon hospital April 18. Her
home wss at Honey in wnn eouniy. wir.
Boker was born at Detroit, Ore., Dec. 0.
1907. She had lived In Oregon all ner
life, mostly near Detroit. She lived In
Stayton In 1935-36 and was a graduate
of Stayton high school. On Nov. 9, 1027,
she married Wlltlard Booker of Holley In

son of the late Christian and Catherine
Zimmerman, early Oregon pioneers and
well-known construction engineer, who
died Sunday morning at Hayward, Calif.
He was a brother of Ralph Zimmerman,
Canby, and Aurora attorney, A. J. Zim
merman, mayor of Aurora, and Mrs.
Lou la iTillle Zlmmermani Weber t, widow
if the late Louis Webert of Aurora. Burial
was at Neald&burg, Calif. Augustus Zlm-
man was reared and educated in thf
Aurora schools, attended the old Oregon
Agricultural College, (now Oregon State)
at Corvallls, graduating In the 1890s as
a steel construction engineer. In 1900 ha
married to Mlai Alleta Payne of
Healdsburg, who survives him. Also sur
viving are two ions, two daughters and
several grandchildren.

at the Camp White Veteran's Hospital,
Medford, Mr. Bolme was born at Aber-
rombte, N.D., Aug, 18, 18S5, and camt
to Silverton In 1038. He was a veteran of
World War I. He leaves a son, Orlo Bolma.
