Of these, 258 were taken at the high school for students over 15 Monday morning, April 3 and the survey for the general public opened at the library on Monday afternoon and continu ed through Friday afternoon with a total of 922 x-rays taken. A house to house canvass was made previous to the visit of the unit. Four Corners Woman Dies Unexpectedly Four corners Mrs. Delories Helene Hammond was stricken suddenly on Monday morning, April 10 at her home at 3860 East State street. She passed away at 8 o'clock. She was 58 years of age. Dolories Helene Wallace was born November 27, 1881 in New York city. She was married in Vancouver, Wash., in 1935 to Carl Hammond, who survives her. Also surviving her are two daughters by a former marriage. One lives in Los An geles and one in Portland. She was a member of the St. Jo seph's Catholic church in Sa lem.
