It was 20 years eeo that Rev. and Mrs. Zeigler, with their two small daughter, Emogene and Darlene, left America for mis sionary work in the darkest of Africa in the service of the Foursquare Gospel church. since that time a son, Lewis, and a daughter Bernadine were born. The Zeiglers were married bv the late Aimee Semple Mcpher son, founder, in Angelus Tern pie, Los Angeles. Calif. The highlight of the trio home, was to be here for the wedding of their daughter, Dar lene, to Jack Anderson on No vember- 17, 1949, in Angelus Temple, with Dr. Rolf K. Mc Pherson officiating. Both young people have been missionaries to South America, The wedding party consisted of Foursquare ministers and relatives of the bride and groom. All the way from South Afri ca, a distance of several thous and miles, Mrs. Zeigler brought the wedding fruit cake for her daughter's wedding reception. She had baked, frosted, packed and wrapped it for the long journey. The day of the wedding it was assembled into a beauti ful three-tier confection. The young couple have gone to Bolivia, where they will work together in the interests of the Foursquare missionary program. Dorothy Zeigler returned to the United States in 1938, but this was the first time her hus-i band had been to America since he first sailed away with his family. They attended the sou thern California conference in November and enjoyed a much needed rest.
