Heads Up!
By
By J H. WILLETT
of the capital Drug Btor,
In school days the expression
"Heads Up" was often heard and
while it wasn't appreciated by us
as children it did help to give us
better appearance and posture.
How much more alert, active,
and poised appears the individ
ual with good posture, and actu
ally he does have a greater sense
of well-being because of his
good appearance.
You would be surprised at
how much good posture can con
tribute to your health, too.
Speaking of your health, have
you had your physical examina
tion this year?
This Is the Mlth of a aeriea af Edllarlal
