from the south line of Breyman street to
the southerly terminus of Twenty-second
street, in the City of Salem, Marlon Coun
ty, ureaon. at the expense or the abutting
and adjacent properly, by bringing said
portion of said street to the established
.trade, constructing cement concrete curbs,
and psvlng said portion of said street with
a 2'i Inch asphaltlc concrete pavement
30 feet wide, in accordance with the plans
and fpeclflCRtlons therefor which were
sdopted by the common council July 11,
