Twenty-two answered roll call on recipes for "one dish meals." The cemetery commit tee asked for clean up day which was set for May 27. The club is sponsoring a scholarship for a 4-H member for summer school at Oregon State college. Shower articles are to be brought to the next meeting and it will he just an afternoon meet ing. The federation picnic was announced to be at Brush Col lege, July 20. Mrs. Lucy Massey gave a report on the district meeting held at Perrydale. Officers were elected for the extension unit as follows: Mrs. Retha Johnson, president; Mrs. Bessie Hall, secretary. A new mepting day is to be set for that unit. The hostesses honored the old est mother, Mrs. C. Miller; youngest mother, Mrs. Thelma Wallis; one with most children. Mrs. L. Massey, and Mrs. C. Johnsburg and Miss Lois Gra ber with corsages. The after noon program was presented by Mrs. Melba Powers and Mrs. Thelma Pruitt by giving the demonstration on "salads and salad dressings." Amity Mrs. Earl Johnson has left for California. Her grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. Matt Bar rett returned to their home in Los Angeles with her after an extensive visit here at the John son home.
