The building, of one-story construction, occupies approxi mately 1400 square feet on the southwest corner of Center and 13th streets. It is of modern de sign and fully equipped and was completed at a cost of around $50,000. It has a split brick ex terior with radiant heat provided by hot water coils in the ceiling. Hospital facilities are not in cluded as the building is strict' ly an office structure with each of the five physicians and sur geons continuing with his sep arate specialties.
