And for a period of thirty days.
beginning July 22, 1940, at the office
of the State Engineer in the State
Office Building at Salem, Oregon,

by further notified that If you fall
to so appear and submit proof of
our claim to said water, default will
be entered against you and you will
be barred and estopped from subse
quently asserting any right to the
use of said waters, and will bo held
and deemed to have forfeited all
right to the use of said waters
theretofore claimed by you.
