Angeles news bureau, died of pneu
monia at his home in Westwood
yesterday. He was M years old.
He published a weekly at Wal
lowa. Ore , at one time and worked
on the flan Francisco Chronicle,
the old Los Arvles Express and
the Santa Monica Outlook before
taking up his duties at U C L A.
Marsh was bom in Iola, Kans.,
and was graduated from Whitman
oollecre. In Washington. His widow
and two sons, Edward C. and Wil
liam BL. survive.

route to new homes in Australia,

proximately 1,500 steel workers has
been voted voluntarily by employes
of the Follansbee Brothers company,

Ohio, it was announced Tuesday.
Office workers and executives

cut. The company Is being reor
