Woodburn At the regular meetlnc

the council voted to enforce the
five percent penalty on all water blUa
which are not paid by the 16th of
the month. Notices to this effect are
being sent out by Recorder Beach
and the penalty will be enforced
on all bills payable February 1.

It was ordered that an engineer
be employ to establish a grade on
