(A P.j Mro. Alice Beatrice
Jones Rhinelander, housemaid,
whoBe marriage last year to Leon
ard Kip Ithlneiander, member of
one of New York's oldest and most
prominent families, caused a
society sensation, apparently is
not opposing the charge In his suit
for annulment that she Is of
negro extraction. Instead she may
be expected to base her defense on
the contntion that no fraud was
perpetrated.
.This disclosure, as well as the
fact that young Rhinelander has
been disinherited, was made yes
terday In a hearing on motion of
Mrs. rihlnclander's attorney, for
$15,000 additional attorney's fees,
of which $3,500 was granted.
Young Khlnelandor's attorneys
have spent $20,000 in tracing the
paternity of their client's father-in-law,
they said, and found that
birth certificates in the West
Indies and England recorded all
members of the family as negroes.
"Not a penny was spent by the
defense to sustain its contention
that the defendant Is not of negro
blood," said Isaac N. Mills, an at
torney for the husband, "although
$3,000 was granted by the court
for this purpose."

Pale, Tired Mothers
Should Beware of
Chronic Fatigue
Many a discouraged mother thinks
that her thin, pale, tired-out condition
Is due to exhausting housework and
care of children when as a matter of
fact the real causeof all her distressing
ailments is chronic fatigue.
Don't confuse chronic fatigue with
the ordinary fatigue you feci after a
good long walk. Chronic fatigue comes
from within. Your organs and muscles
have become debilitated due to lack of
sufficient organic iron in your blood.
To conquer chronic fatigue you must
strengthen your system by restoring
this organic iron to your blood. But
don't take the older mineral iron med
icines which many doctors now say
do little good. Take organic iron
Nuxatcd Iron which is like the iron
in your blood nnd like that in spinach
and lentils. Unlike ordinary mineral
iron it will not injure the teeth or dis
turb the stomach, but Is promptly
assimilated.
Take Nuxatedlron for Just two weeks
and you'll be astonished how much
stronger nnd better you feel. Money
back if not improved. Allgooddrugglsts.
