tion to modify the decree ot the

case against Clyde C. Gloggatt,
asking that real property of the
defendant in Marion coun'.y.

a trust to assure payment of $40
a month allowed by the court for
support ot the children, and als)
asking that custody of Thomas
Claggett, one of the minor chil
dren, be transferred from the fa
ther to be at Hubbard with the
othor two children.
The Claggett divorce case was
one of the esnsations in circuit
court here several months ago and
brought large crowds flocking to
the court room. Tbe case, which
went in favor of the wife, waB ap
pealed to the supreme court and
the mandate affirming the lower
court just came down a few weeks
ago.

as Claggett is now without the
