boots will be taken aboard for the

Etuh, Greenlond, whence the vast
area, between the north pole and
Alaska will be explored by air for

The Italian obligation to ap
proximately $2,138,000,000 and the

of vears. The length of time to be
allowed therefore constitutes ono
of the Important phases with which
this and future conferences have
to deal.
It already was known that Italy
was pressing for a delay In begin
nlng of remittances. Neither the
treasury nor the embassy would
Indicate, however, the duration of
the proposed moratorium but It
was said In some quarters to be
ten years. Secrecy Is to surround
all of the conferences on the Ital
ian debt.
