the Pacific Mall Steamship com
pany for an injunction against
the shipping board woe signed to

court of the District ot Columbia.

said they would advise the court
later as to their decision on a fur
ther effort to restrain the board
from consummating Its sate of the
fire president type ships now oper
ated by that company to the Dol
lar interests.
