REV. GROWOER GOES TO
ALBUQUERQUE CHURCH

dent of Salem, has received a call
to become pastor of a Methodist
church at Albuquerque, New Mex
ico, it became known today. He
has had a long and varied experi
ence as a preacher, having oc
cupied a pulpit regularly for the
past 32 years with the exception
of just 3 weeks.
Present indications are that he
will accept the post at Albuquer
que within the next few days. At
present he is considering the mat
ter thoroughly. He is expected to
remain in Salem several weeks be
fore leaving for hie new charge.
