that his orginlzatloa will support
the proposed A. U Uills amend
ment to the state primary law If
two changes are made, namely,
Flrift, a convention before the
primary instead of after; and sec
ond, the members of each county
central committee to automatically
become delegates to the convention
with the same powers as the dele
gates elected )y the people.
If these changes are made, Mr.
Anderson declared be could guar
antee the support of a majority of
the republican voters In Jackson
county to the Mills bill and would
