club. Because of the unfavorable
weather conditions prevailing
the preparations for a community
Christmas party were discontin
ued. The club members met around
the large open fire in the living
room of the Manning home.
Christmas decorations added to
the enjoyment of the guests. Mrs.
Beaver read an Interesting article
on farm laws which was followed
by round table discussion. This
was followed by a reading by
Mrs. K. Pattison and the singing
of Christmas carols by the group.
