Today Santa Claus needs 25 helpers. Without these assistants there are going to be 25 little Salem boys and girls whom the jolly old fellow can not reach on his Christmas Eve rounds. They have each written to St. Nick in care of The Capital Journal. Here are their letters, each one bear ing a number. Will you pick one by number, make up a package, mark it plainly with the number you pick, and send the package to the Christmas Relief Committee at the Elks Temple. These 'are only a part of the kiddies who have written to Santa, but they are all good little boys and girls who must not be forgotten. NUMBER 14 "Dear Old Santa Claus: Just a line to let you know what want. I am a girl 10 years old. live in the country and I want dolly and some hair ribbons. My little sister, three years old, wants a dolly too. I have lots of brothers that would like to have something it you please, dear old Santa Claus. Lovingly ."
