Wlshhart, one of the most capable
nurses In the city for the last- ten
years IS causing much regret among
her many friends both socially - and
those most Interested with her in her
work. Miss Wishhart has left for the
east to enter Columbia university
where she will take a two year course
In social service work. Her frlen.ls
are happy that she plans to return
to Oregon upon the completion or hai
course.
Miss Wishhart has devoted her time
and Interest to her work in a way
which has won her much admiration.
For a number of years she has been
assistant to Miss Lillian Mcwary n
the Salem hospital and during the
small pox epidemic last winter she
was in charge of the hospital for those
patients and worked nobly to conquer
the disease:
