Richards, secretary of education for Willamette, recently returned from a trip of three weeks into eastern Oregon In the interests of the university. During this time he added 13926 to the Lausanne hall fund. Pendleton contributed IS8O0 of this, which, added to teftO previously contributed from that place, makes a total of $3 EOO for that city. La Grande contributed $886, which added to 1100 previously given- at La Grande, makes a total of $86 for La Grande, man field, Oregon, gave 1600..
