The objective ot the campaign Is to bring new members into the church, revive the. activity of those already in it, and build new ediflceso f worship in com munitles where it is deemed advisable. Salem will no doubt profit by the lat ter move and the parishioners 01 at. Paul'3 church are looking forward to a new building some time in the future Accompanying Bishop Sumner were Rev. F. S. William O Jenkins, American consular agent at ruebla, arrested for alleged complicity in his own recent kidnaping.
