The organized rooting and crowd

Mr. Whltmore, who was also over
the Columbia river t highway from
Portland to Astoria states that this
road is in good condition for winter
travel now.

and .Salem boys are sen in the pictures
and during their run in Portland, they
showed to packed houses at every per
formance. Corporal Ingteston will
leave Salem for San Francisco as soon
as his engagement is over, having sign
ed a contract for a three weeks show
