COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget
Committee of the Northeast Ore-
gon Economic Development Dis-
trict, Baker, Union and Wallowa
counties, State of Oregon, to dis-
cuss the budget for the fiscal year
July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 will
be held via video conference. The
meeting will take place on the 9th
of June, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. The
purpose of the meeting is to re-
ceive and to approve the budget
document. This is a public meet-
ing where deliberation of the
Budget Committee will take place.
Any person may appear at the

posed programs with the Budget

The Budget Officer of the City of
Enterprise will conduct a Public
Hearing Wednesday, June 8th,
2022, at 2:00pm at Enterprise
City Hall located at 102 E North
St., Enterprise, OR. The purpose
of this meeting is to receive com-
ments from citizens concerning
the use of State Revenue Sharing
Funds for Fiscal Year 2022-2023.
All citizens are invited to submit
written suggestions, or to attend
in person to offer suggestions
during the hearing.

the appeal (APP #22-01) submit-
ted by D. Rahn Hostetter of
Hostetter Law Group, LLP on be-
half of the appellants, Daniel and
Sarah Park. The appellants are
appealing a decision made by the
Wallowa County Planning Com-
mission to deny the issuance of
Conditional Use Permit CUP#22-
01 for a Home-based Occupation
in the form of a Bed and Break-
fast in the Timber Grazing Use
(T/G) zone. The property in ques-
tion is described as Township 02
South, Range 44 E, Section 27,
and Tax Lot 2200. It is more com-
monly known as 63316 Scotch
Creek Rd, Enterprise, OR 97828
and consists of approximately
13.5 acres.
These matters will be reviewed for
conformance to the WCCLUP
and WCLDO 5, 7, 9, 16, 25, 35,
and 36, and any other applicable
goal, regulation or ordinance of
Wallowa County or the State of
