of Oregon, to discuss the budget
for the fiscal year July 1 2022 to
June 30, 2023, will be held at the
Joseph Public Library, 201 North
Main Street, Joseph, Oregon.
The meeting will take place on
April 20 th , 2022, at 5:30 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to
receive the budget message and
to receive comment from the pub-
lic on the budget. This is a public
meeting where deliberation of the
Budget Committee will take place.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Wallowa County Board of Commis-
sioners will hold a public hearing on APRIL 20th , 2022, at 10:30 a.m.
in the Thornton Conference room on the Main Floor of the Wallowa
County Courthouse.
This hearing will be held to review a petition submitted to Wallowa
County by Matthew Graham an Laura Noë, Trustees of the Wallowa
Lake Irrevocable Trust to vacate a portion of Hamilton Drive described
as the West 10 feet of Hamilton Drive bordering Lot 24, Block J Wal-
lowa Lake Methodist Camp, commonly known as 3S4529AC TL705.
The proceedings have been initiated because of how the property is
used: a driveway unimproved, unimproved condition of property, and
Petitioners use the property exclusively for a driveway. The applicable
regulations are found in ORS 368.326 to ORS 368.426.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Wallowa County Board of Commis-
sioners will hold a public hearing on APRIL 20 th , 2022, at 10:00 a.m.
in the Thornton Conference room on the Main Floor of the Wallowa
County Courthouse.
This hearing will be held to review a petition submitted to Wallowa
County by D. Dale Mammen and Virginia L. Mammen to vacate a por-
tion of Pollock Road located within the Southwest One-quarter of the
Northeast One-quarter of Section 29, Township 3 South, Range 45
East, Willamette Meridian, also located within Block B of Wallowa Lake
Methodist Camp Subdivision. The proceedings have been initiated be-
cause Tax Lots 2900 and 3004 have common ownership with access
from Pollock Drive. Tax Lots 3000, 3001, and 3002 have common own-
ership with access from Pollock Drive via White Road, a dedicated pub-
lic road. Said strip of land, Twenty five feet in width is more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Parcel B shown on said MOS 97-
012, marked by a 5/8” iron rod with a yellow plastic cap stamped “APA”;
Thence S42º56’53”E, 25.00’; to the Northeast corner of Lot 12 of said
Block B; Thence S46º55’00”W, 117.75’; Thence N74º40’01”W, 29.36’ to
the Southeasterly line of said Parcel B; Thence N46º55’00”E, 133.20’
