WITHERRITE CUP#21-12 FINDINGS - Conditional Use Permit submitted by Michael and Diane With-
errite. The proposed Conditional Use Permit is a request for a Home-based Occupation in the form
of a Bed and Breakfast in the Exclusive Farm Use (EFU) zone. The property in question is described
as Township 03 South, Range 46 East, Section 06, and Tax Lot 1805. It is more commonly known as
62335 Tucker Down Road, Joseph, OR 97846 and consists of approximately 25.59 acres.
JONES CUP#21-13 FINDINGS - Conditional Use Permit submitted by Kevin Jones. The proposed
Conditional Use Permit is a request for a Home-based Occupation in the form of a Bed and Breakfast
in the Exclusive Farm Use (EFU) zone. The property in question is described as Township 02 South,
Range 44 East, Section 13, and Tax Lot 6100. It is more commonly known as 83157 West Dorrance
Lane, Enterprise, OR 97828 and consists of approximately 156 acres.
ARTICLE 21, RURAL SERVICE AMD#22-01 - An update to Article 21, Rural Service (RS). At present,
this zone is not in use. The proposed amendment provides greater specificity to the zone ordinance,
removes “non-farm single family dwelling” as an allowable use, and diversifies the allowable com-
mercial uses. The amendment would not constitute a rezone of any parcel, but property owners may
decide to apply for a zone change.
