Notice Summary
The Wallowa School District #12 is seeking written sealed pro-
posals from qualified firms for architectural services, related to
$7,000,000 in bonds and $4,000,000 in state matching grants to
fund improvements and renovations to the facilities, which was
approved by District voters on May 18, 2021. Though separate,
these projects will coordinate/integrate with a Seismic Rehabilita-
tion Grant (“SRG”) project through the Infrastructure Finance Au-
thority: Business Oregon. The District was awarded $2,287,425
for the design and construction of Wallowa High School Gym
Seismic Rehabilitation.
RFP Documents
On August 27, 2021 interested firms may obtain a copy of the
RFP by emailing or calling the above contact. Interested firms
can also pick up the documents at the school district office
between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through
Friday.
Submittal of Proposal
Proposals must be submitted to the Wallowa School District in
a sealed envelope and delivered to the above address. Sealed
proposals will be accepted until 1:00 p.m. PST on September
29, 2021. The outside of the envelope should be clearly marked:
“ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR 2021 BOND PROJECTS”
** All questions shall be directed in writing to the Project Managr,
Lem McBurney, via the above address or e-mail by Tuesday,
September 15, 2021, 3:00 p.m. PST.
