The City of Enterprise, Oregon , invites Bids for the construc-
tion of Prairie Creek Water Line Crossing Improvements -
2021 . Work for this Project involves, but is not limited to, con-
struction of a 6-inch water line crossing over Prairie Creek at
Depot Street and an 8-inch water line crossing over Prairie
Creek at Residence Street. Each crossing generally consists
of a steel casing pipe, polyvinyl chloride carrier pipe, air re-
lease valve assembly, concrete saddles, gate valve, connec-
tion to existing water lines, and all other Work as shown on
the Drawings and as specified for a complete water system.
Sealed Bids for the described Project will be received by the
City of Enterprise, at City Hall at 102 E. North Street, En-
terprise, Oregon 97828, until 2:00 p.m., local time, July 13,
2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened
and read.
The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS
279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing
Wage Law.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the In-
structions to Bidders.
