NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE
A public meeting of the Enterprise Cemetery Dist. will be held on June 23 at 6:00 p.m. at Wallow County
Courthouse, Enterprise, Oregon. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the budget for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 2021 as approved by the Enterprise Cemetery Dist. Budget Committee. A summary
of the budget is presented below. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained at 301 SE 6th
Street, Enterprise, OR between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. This budget is for an annual bud-
get period. This budget was prepared on a basis of accounting that is the same as the preceding year.
If different, the major changes and their effect on the budget are:
The Board of Directors of the Wallowa County Education Service District-Region 18 will hold their
Regular Board Meeting on Monday, June 21, 2021 at 5:30 P.M. To support the Governor’s recommen-
dations for social distancing, Wallowa County ESD-Region 18 will conduct the June 21, 2021 board
meeting by telephone/video conference only. Members of the public can contact Gretchen Piper:
gpiper@r18esd.org for information on attending.
Public Comment. Only written public comment or testimony will be accepted and may be submitted to
Wallowa ESD-Region 18, 107 SW First Street, Suite 105, Enterprise, OR 97828. Agenda and materials
for the board meeting will be available at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and can be requested
from Wallowa County Education Service District-Region 18, 107 SW First Street #105, Enterprise, OR
97828 or by email: gpiper@r18esd.org.

A public hearing of the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners will be held on June 29, 2021 at 9:00
am at 101 S. River St., Thorton Conference Room, Enterprise, OR 97828. The purpose of this meeting
is to adopt the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021 as approved by the Wallowa County
Budget Committee. A summary of the budget is presented below. A copy of the budget may be

a.m. and 4:00 p.m. This budget is for an annual budget period. This budget was prepared on a basis
of accounting that is the same as the preceding year.

Creek at Residence Street. Each crossing generally consists
of a steel casing pipe, polyvinyl chloride carrier pipe, air re-
lease valve assembly, concrete saddles, gate valve, connec-
tion to existing water lines, and all other Work as shown on
the Drawings and as specified for a complete water system.
Sealed Bids for the described Project will be received by the
City of Enterprise, at City Hall at 102 E. North Street, En-
terprise, Oregon 97828, until 2:00 p.m., local time, July 13,
2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened
and read.
The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS
279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing
Wage Law.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the In-
structions to Bidders.
