use of 0.13 cfs of water from Eagle Cap Reservoir in Sec. 5, T3S,

T2S, R45E, WM. The applicant proposes to change the place of
use to Sects. 32 and 33, T1S, R44E, WM. Certificate 48403 al-
lows the use of not to exceed 1.5 acre feet per acre during any
period of 30 days prior to July 31st of each year, and thereafter not
to exceed 1 acre foot per acre during the entire remainder of the
irrigation season from Hurricane Creek in Sec. 3, T3S, R44E, WM
for irrigation in Sec. 5, T2S, R44E, WM. The applicant proposes to
change the place of use to Sec. 33, T1S, R44E, WM. The Water
Resources Department proposes to approve the transfer, based
on the requirements of ORS Chapter 540 and OAR 690-380-5000.
