A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Wallowa County
Ed. Serv. Dist., Wallowa, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget
for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, will be held at
Wallowa ESD Board Room. The meeting will take place on
3/15/2021, at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to
receive the budget message and to receive comment from the
public on the budget.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget
Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the
meeting virtually and discuss the proposed programs with the
Budget Committee.

WALLOWA SCHOOL DISTRICT #20
Notice of hearing given that on May 18h, 2021, a measure election
will be held in Wallowa County. The following shall be the ballot
title of the measure to be submitted to the Wallowa School District
#12 voters on that date.
CAPTION: Wallowa School District Bonds for Improvements and
Renovations to Facilities
WALLOWA COUNTY SENIOR
QUESTION: Shall the District issue $7,000,000 in bonds and re-
ceive $4,000,000 state matching grant to fund improvements and
renovations to facilities? If the bonds are approved, they will be
payable from taxes on property or property ownership that are not
subject to the limits of sections 11 and 11b, Article XI of the Oregon
Constitution.
SUMMARY: The District will receive a $4,000,000 state matching
grant only if bonds are approved.

Bonds and grant funds are expected to finance capital costs,

including for efficiency and cost savings
∙ Safety and Security Improvements including:
