Charles McDaniel is requesting a Minor Partition of the Property at
603 Hwy.82. This land is zoned Residential inside City Limits and
part of the McDaniel property is inside the County zone. This Parcel
size total is 5.5 acres. He would like to Partition it into 2 Parcels. This
would result in Parcel 1= 2.71 acres, Parcel 2= 2.79 acres.
The Partition discussion will take place at the City Council meeting
on May 19, 2020, 6:00 p.m. City hall is accessible to the disabled.

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee for the City of
Wallowa, Wallowa County, and State of Oregon, will be held
Thursday May 19, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. The purpose of the meet-
ing is to receive the budget message and the proposed bud-
get document.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained
on or after May 4th, 2020 at Wallowa City Hall, between the
hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and
Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget
Committee will take place. Any person with questions or want
to view the Budget may do so before May 13, 2020, as we are
limited to attendance at the meeting.

LEGAL NOTICE
The Wallowa County Health Care District Board of Directors
will hold its regular board meeting on Monday, May 18,2020 at
11:30am by conference phone call.
The Budget Committee for Wallowa County Health Care Dis-
trict will meet by phone at 11:00am, just prior to the Board
meeting, to review the budget for the fiscal year beginning
July 1,2020 and make recommendation to the Board of Di-
rectors to approve said budget at their regular board meeting
on June 22, 2020. A copy of the budget document may be
inspected or obtained on or after May 8,2020 from the Admin-
istration Office of Wallowa Memorial Hospital.
A copy of the Board agenda will be available from the office
of the Wallowa County Chieftain, KWVR or the Administration
Office at Wallowa Memorial Hospital.
This meeting is open to the public by phone. Due to a limited
number of phone lines available, please contact the Wallowa
Memorial Hospital Administration Office at 541-426-5301 for
call-in information.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Troy School Board will meet for their Regular Board
Meeting and Budget Committee Meeting on Tuesday, May 12,
2020 at 4:00 pm. To support the Governor’s recommendations
for social distancing, Troy School District #54 will conduct the
May 12, 2020 board meeting by telephone/video conference
