River St. on the first floor, Enterprise Oregon 97828. Purpose: To reopen the record in 17-02 for the limited purpose of receiving testimony in response to an email offered into the proceedings before the Board of Commissioners, identified as 17-4 in the record of proceedings on appeal to LUBA, as set out in Land Use Board of Appeals ruling in 2018-085.
