A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Alder Slope
Cemetery, Wallowa County, State of Oregon, to discuss the
budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, will
be held at 64828 Hurricane Creek Road, Enterprise, Oregon.
The meeting will take place on June 26, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. The
purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and
to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a
public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee
will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and
discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained
on or after June 26, 2019 at 64828 Hurricane Creek Rd.

Sealed bids will be received in the Wallowa County Board of Com-
missioners Office, by Stacey Fregulia, Executive Assistant, until 4:00
p.m., Thursday, July 11, 2019, for a dump truck/snowplow/sander re-
quired by the Wallowa County Road Department. The bids will be
opened for review at that time and presented to the Wallowa County
Board of Commissioners for consideration of award at their regular
meeting, which starts at 9:00 a.m. on July 15, 2019.
Your bid must be submitted in a SEALED envelope addressed to
the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners, 101 S. River St., En-
terprise, OR 97828, and should be clearly marked on the outside of
the envelope “Bid for Purchase of Road Dept. Dump Truck – To be
Opened at 4:00 p.m. on July 11, 2019.”
A standard bid form and detailed information as to the dump truck
specifications may be obtained from the Wallowa County Public
Works Department. Questions may be directed to 541-426-3332.
No bids will be accepted by facsimile or electronic data interchange.
Wallowa County may reject any bid not in compliance with all pre-
scribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may for
good cause, reject any and all bids upon a finding of the agency that
it is in the public interest to do so.
