NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING & BOARD OF
DIRECTORS MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Training and
Employment Consortium, Union, State of Oregon, to discuss
the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020,
will be held at Baker County Courthouse, Baker City, Oregon.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at
2:00 P.M. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the bud-
get message and to receive comment from the public on the
budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected
or obtained on or after June 5, 2019 at 1901 Adams Avenue,
La Grande, Oregon between the hours of 8:00 A.M and 5:00
P.M. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Bud-
get Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the
meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget
Committee.

PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS GIVEN, the Wallowa County Board of Commis-
sioners will be conducting two hearings the first to be on Mon-
day, May 28, 2019, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and the second
on June 11th, 2019, beginning at 10:00 a.m., both will be held
in the Thornton Conference Room of the Wallowa County
Courthouse. These hearing will be for amending the Wallowa
County Ordinance Articles – This proposal is to amend Ar-
ticles 1, 15, 9, 17, and 27 of the Zoning Ordinance Articles.
The purpose it to reconcile differences between the Oregon
Revised Statutes and Wallowa County Ordinance Articles,
with a focus on resource zones, and those Articles affecting
resource zones. Some proposed changes also include dis-
cretionary language reflecting best practices for Oregon land
use. Meetings and hearings are open to the public. Those in-

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Wallowa
County Board of Commissioners will be holding a meeting on
Monday June 3, 2019, beginning at 9:30 a.m., in the Thornton
Conference Room of the Wallowa County Courthouse located
at 101 South River St, Enterprise Oregon.
This meeting will be held to hear an update from the weed
board and partners, to discuss noxious weeds and proposed
treatment areas and approve the 2019 noxious weed list.
Meetings and hearings are open to the public. Those inter-
