PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, The Wallowa County Board
of Commissioners will convene a hearing after their regular
board meeting on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 starting at
10:00 am in the Thornton Conference Room of the Wallowa
County Courthouse in Enterprise, Oregon to determine wheth-
er an election should be held regarding a petition approved
by the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners and which
withdraws the following described land from the Joseph Cem-
etery Maintenance District: in Township 2 South, Range 44
East of the Willamette Meridian, Section 21, except W½SW¼
and E½E½SW¼SE¼, and Section 22, except SE½SE¼. On
or before the date of the above-described hearing, any reg-
istered elector of the Joseph Cemetery Maintenance District
may file in the offices of the Wallowa County Board of Com-
missioners, located at 101 S. River Street, Enterprise, Ore-
gon, a request for an election, which must be in writing, iden-
tify the requestor, provide the requestor’s contact information,
and clearly state that a request is being made for an election
to determine whether the above-described territory should be
withdrawn from the Joseph Cemetery Maintenance District.
Such written requests for an election may also be submitted
at the time and place of the above-described hearing. If fewer
than 15% of the registered voters of the Joseph Cemetery
Maintenance District, or 100 such electors, whichever is less,
request an election, then the Wallowa County Board of Com-
missioners will enter the already-approved order and declare
the above-described land withdrawn from the Joseph Ceme-
tery Maintenance District Meetings Hearings are open to the
public. Those interested in attending are encouraged to do so.

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the
Wallowa County Planning Commission on Tuesday, February
26, 2019 at 7:00pm in the Cloverleaf Hall of Wallowa County
Fairgrounds located at 668 NW 1st Street Enterprise, Oregon
97828. The agenda for this meeting will include the following
items:
Fleet Development CUP#18-14- Findings- Proposal to permit
a Community Solar Garden. The property is zoned (EFU) Ex-
clusive Farm Use and is described as Township IN, Range 42,
Section 14, Tax Lot 100, which is commonly known as 75748
Upper Diamond Lane Wallowa, Oregon 97885 and consists
of approximately 34.74 acres. The ordinance provisions which
govern this review are Article(s) 5, 9, 15 and other applicable
zoning ordinances or goals of Wallowa County and/or laws of
the State of Oregon.
Point of Connections CUP#18-10- Proposal for a church use
in the form of transformational housing, a faith based clean
and sober house which is similar to a residential care facili-
ty, in the Rural Residential (R-l) zone, for up to 15 residents,
in the form of a Community-Based Structural Housing facility
(CBSH). This is the second hearing. The Planning Commis-
sion is solely to soliciting comments regarding the applicabil-
ity of OAR 309-060-0100 through OAR 309-060-0170 to the
application. The property is described as Township 2 South,
Range 45, Section 19, Tax Lot 500, which is commonly known
as 83346 Joseph Highway Joseph, Oregon 97846 and con-
sists of approximately 4.8 acres. The review criteria will be

9, 17 and other applicable zoning ordinances or goals of Wal-
lowa County and/or laws of the State of Oregon.
PUBLIC NOTICE
Since April of 2018, the Wallowa County Building Department
has offered an online permit purchasing and tracking system
called ePermitting. Since that time, hundreds of building per-
mits have been purchased through the ePermitting system
and as many inspections requested, conducted, and result-
ed. As more contractors use the system we recognize that
continued training and collaboration with local contractors is
needed.
The Wallowa County Building Department and the Oregon
Building Codes Division are happy to host an ePermitting
workshop on Wednesday February 13th, 2019 from 3:00pm
to 5:00pm in the Thornton Conference Room (across from the
Building Codes Office) first floor of the Courthouse.
Contractor’s, their staff, and homeowner’s doing work them-
selves are encouraged to attend.

Sealed Competitive Bids to provide Construction Services for
the Wallowa County Health Care District (“District”) will be re-
ceived at Wallowa Memorial Hospital in Enterprise, Oregon,
until 2 p.m. on Thursday March 14th, 2019. Any Bid received
after the specified time will not be considered.
Bids will be for construction services for a 2,350 sf, B occu-
pancy, Medical Office Building Addition (“the Project”) at 603
Medical Parkway, in Enterprise, Oregon. The District will over-
see the Project. Bidders are invited to submit bids for one,
all, or any combination of the components. The District will
consider issuing multiple contracts to address specific com-
ponents, or a single contract to a bidder qualified to perform
all components.
A Project Description is provided as Attachment A to this Re-
quest for Bids, summarizing the project and identifying the
components that will be put out to bid. Complete plans can be

Competitive Bids will be considered from responsive, respon-
