PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Wallowa County
Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on October
15th, 2018 at 10:00 a.m, in the Thornton Conference Room
on the Main Floor of the Wallowa County Courthouse. This
hearing will be held to review a petition submitted to Wallowa
County by Charles and Ramona Phillips, Don and Sammy
Nuxall, Rod and Linda Botts, and Bruce and Nora Slayden to
rededicate a portion of the J. P. Gardner Road in the Begin-
ning at the southeast corner of Section 31, Township 2 South,
Range 46 East of the Willamette Meridian in Wallowa County;
thence north approximately 6728.42 to the southeast corner
of the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 30, Township 2 South,
Range 46 East of the Willamette Meridian. The rededication
proceedings have been initiated because there are no records
as to the reason of a previous vacation of this portion of the
road. The applicable regulations are found in ORS368.201
to ORS368.426.Adjacent landowners and interested persons
are invited to submit written or oral testimony before or on
the day of the hearing. Additional information on survey or
the proceedings may be obtained by contacting Lon Andrade,
