This analysis is being prepared to determine under what management strategies the Forest Service should con- tinue to authorize livestock grazing in the three allotments identified in this project. The purpose for this project is to al- low grazing on suitable lands, as directed by Congress, where consistent with other multiple use goals and objectives, and to contribute opportunities for economic diversity and stability in Wallowa County.
