The following position is available for the remainder of the Position
#2 term which is a two-year unexpired term ending June 30th of
2021.
Board appointee must be a legal resident within the District for 1 year
immediately preceding the appointment.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the
Wallowa County Planning Commission on Tuesday, August
28, 2018 at 7:00pm in the Thornton Conference Room, 1st
floor of the Wallowa County Courthouse, 101 S. River St., En-
terprise, OR. The agenda for this meeting will include the
following items:
Minutes from July 31, 2018 meeting.
Van Doozer CUP#18-07 FINDINGS – A Conditional Use
Permit Application to permit a Home-Based Occupation in
the form of a Montessori pre-school. Property description is
03S450000 Tax Lot#3501.
Saturno APP#18-01 – An appeal of an approval made by
the Wallowa County Planning Department to grant a lot line
adjustment #18-09. Parent tract Township 2 South, Range
45, Section 06, a portion of tax lot #1601 and acquiring tract
Township 2 South, Range 45, Section 07, portion of tax lots
2200 & 1601. Both are zoned Exclusive Farm Use (EFU).
Buhler Family Trust APP#18-02 – An appeal of an approval
made by the Wallowa County Planning Department to grant
a lot line adjustment #18-10. Parent tract Township 3 South,

The September Planning Commission meeting is scheduled
for September 25, 2018.
These matters will be reviewed for conformance to the WC-
CLUP and WCLDO Article 1, Article 5, Article 7, Article 15,
and any other applicable goal, regulation or ordinance of Wal-
lowa County or the State of Oregon. All applications and draft
staff reports may be reviewed in the Planning Dept Monday
– Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm. Written comments must be
received by the Wallowa County Planning Dept – 101 S River
St. Room 105, Enterprise OR 97828 – by 5pm on Monday
August 27, 2018. Oral comments may be given at the time
of the hearing, which is open to the public. For persons with
disabilities that wish to attend, please call at least 24 hours
before the meeting so accommodations may be made.
