The NEZ PERCE TRIBAL FISHERIES Field Office Joseph, OR
is requesting “A Proposal of Services”. Submit a proposal of
Janitorial Services for the Fisheries Field Office Joseph, OR.
Scope of work:
Performed Daily
1. Clean and disinfect 3 bathrooms, fill dispensers, empty
trash and sweep & mop.
2. Empty all trash bins and reline rinse and clean bins as
needed.
3. Vacuum carpeting, sweep & mop all hard surface flooring.
4. Clean door glass and relights
5. Check walls and ceiling for cobwebs.
Performed Once a Month
1. Dust lights clean valances.
2. Clean windows and tracks dust sills remove cobwebs.
3. Dust tops of door and window frames and hanging frames.

CALL FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received in the Wallowa County Board of
Commissioners Office, by Stacey Fregulia, Executive Assis-
tant, until 3:00 p.m., February 15th, 2018, for a contract for
the purchase and delivery of various petroleum products re-
quired by the Wallowa County Public Works Department for
the period beginning July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2019.
The bids will be opened for review at that time and presented
to the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners for consider-
ation of award on Tuesday, February 20th, 2018 at 9:05 a.m.
Your bid must be submitted in a SEALED envelope addressed
to the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners, 101 S. River
St., Enterprise, OR 97828, and should be clearly marked on
the outside of the envelope “Bid for Purchase & Delivery of
Petroleum Products – To be Opened at 3:00 p.m. on February
15th, 2018.”
Bidders must be vendors able to supply a double card lock
system located in the Enterprise area. Point of delivery for
other products will be; Troy and Enterprise Shops, Imnaha
tanks, and the asphalt plant. Motor oil must be Standard Delo
400 product. A standard bid form and detailed information as
to the quantity, deliver points, and other pertinent information
may be obtained from the Wallowa County Public Works De-
partment.
No bids will be accepted by facsimile or electronic data inter-
change.
Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is
a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279.029.
Wallowa County may reject any bid not in compliance with all
prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and
may for good cause, reject any and all bids upon a finding of
the agency that it is in the public interest to do so.
