Wallowa County Planning Commission on Tuesday, Novem-
ber 28th at 7:00 p.m. in the Thornton Conference Room of the
Wallowa County Courthouse. The agenda for this meeting
will include, but is not limited to, the following items:
Minutes: For the Planning Commission meeting of October
31, 2017.
Roorda CUP#17-09 Findings – Proposal to permit a bed and
breakfast located at 61788 Chief Joseph Loop Road outside
of Joseph. The parcel description is Township 03S, Range
45, Section 07, TL 601, contains about 5 acres, and is zoned
Existing Lot (EL-1). The ordinance provisions which govern
this review are Articles 5, 9, 35, and 42 of the Wallowa Coun-
ty Land Development Ordinances and any other applicable
goal, regulation or ordinance of Wallowa County or the State
of Oregon.
Dawson CUP#17-10- Proposal to permit a bed and breakfast
located at 61053 Anderson Road outside of Joseph. The par-
cel description is Township 03S, Range 45, TL 8601, contains
about 5.77 acres, and is zoned Timber Grazing (T/G). The
ordinance provisions which govern this review are Articles 5,
9, 16, 34 and 35 of the Wallowa County Land Development
Ordinances and any other applicable goal, regulation or ordi-
nance of Wallowa County or the State of Oregon.
The next Planning Commission meeting has been scheduled
for January 30, 2018.

and Goals, please visit the County web site at www.co.wal-
lowa.or.us. All Ordinance Articles and Goals are available for
review and/or purchase in the Planning Department. All appli-
cations and draft staff reports may be reviewed in the Planning
