COMMERCIAL EXHIBITS
EDUCATIONAL EXHIBIT — NO COST
COMMERCIAL EXHIBIT — $25 to $65
The Fair Board invites all organizations and businesses to
participate in the commercial exhibit contest. Judging of
exhibits will be done on the following criteria:
1. The booth must tell an important story of the community or
organization (marketable products, specialty of the communi-
ty, or the features of the community living, etc.)
A. Importance to community.……………..……….…........40

interest, simplicity, balance and color……........................40

2. Exhibits will be in place at the fairgrounds in Enterprise
between 2 PM and 6 PM on Tuesday of the fair or before 9
a.m. on Wednesday. (Make arrangements with the fair office,
541-426-4097.)
3. An agreement will be forwarded to any fraternal, social,
educational, or religious organization or business upon
request. Space will be reserved upon receipt of application.
4. Every concessionaire and agent shall work only in front of
his own concession and shall not be over four feet from his
concession while working at the fair.

This is open to all gardeners of the county so don’t miss out!
Check in at the Fair Office to get a map and choose one of the designated
spots for your floral display. Set up your floral display Wednesday, August
9th, 8AM — Noon.
Shape and size of the floral display at your discretion as long as it fits in
your chosen area. You will be responsible for caring for your own display,
water, etc throughout the fair. Any other instructions will be available when
you pick up your map at the office. The displays will need to remain in one
place until 7PM, Saturday, August 12th.
The grounds will also be open Sunday, August 13th to allow removal of
displays. Please keep in mind that these will be public displays with chil-
dren and animals around. Okay, YOU CAN DO IT! Make it your best
planter ever and help beautify our Fair!
5. The Wallowa County Fair Board reserves the right to reject
any entries when it becomes apparent that the facilities are
full to capacity.
6. Vendors are welcome to apply, food vendors are limited.
FOOD BOOTH SCHEDULE
Times booth is open:
Saturday • August 5, 8AM—to conclusion of the Dog Show.
Sunday • August 6, 9AM — 7PM
Monday • August 7, 7AM — 8PM
Tuesday • August 8, 7AM — 6PM
Wednesday • August 9, 11AM — 8PM
Thursday — Saturday • August 10-12, 6AM — 9PM
(Breakfast 6AM - 8AM)
The Food Booth will be open until 9PM for the Livestock Sale.
The grill will be turned off 1/2 hour before closing each night.
If you would like to volunteer to work in the Food Booth,
please call the Extension Service, 541-426-3143.
