NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING
NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
A public meeting of the Wallowa Union Railroad Authority will
be held on June 21, 2016 at 6:00 PM at the Wallowa Senior
Center, Wallowa, Oregon. The purpose of the meeting is to
discuss the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2016
as approved by the Wallowa Union Railroad Authority Budget
Committee. A copy of the budget may be inspected or ob-
tained at either the Union County Commission Office, 1106 K
Avenue, La Grande or the Wallowa County Commission of-
fice at 101 S. River Enterprise between the hours of 9:00
a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. This is a public
meeting. Any person may appear and present arguments for
or against any item in the budget document.
On 28th day of June, 2016 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at the
Wallowa County Justice Center, 104 W Greenwood Street, in
the City of Enterprise, Oregon, the defendant’s interest will
be sold, subject to redemption, in the real property commonly
known as: 802 Engleside Ave, Joseph, Oregon 97846 . The
court case number is 15-08-14600, where JPMorgan Chase
Bank, National Association, its successors in interest and/or
assigns is the plaintiff, and Jared Kassahn; Sara Kassahn
aka Sara Dawn Schnetzky; and Occupants of the Premises,
are the defendants. The sale is a public auction to the high-
est bidder for cash or cashier’s check, in hand, made out to
