The current beneficiary is: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Both the
beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the above-de-
scribed real property to satisfy the obligations secured by the
Deed of Trust and notice has been recorded pursuant to
ORS 86.752(3). The default for which the foreclosure is
made is due to the failure of the borrower to maintain the

County Service District to discuss the budget for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 2016 will be held at the Joseph City
Hall, Joseph, Oregon. The meeting will take place on the
26th of May, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. The purpose of the meeting

The Wallowa County Health Care District Board of Directors
will hold its regular board meeting on Monday, May 23, 2016
at 11:30am, in the Conference Room at Wallowa Memorial
Hospital.
The Budget Committee for Wallowa County Health Care Dis-
trict will meet at 11:00am, just prior to the Board meeting, to
review the budget for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2015
and July 1, 2016 and make recommendation to the Board of
Directors to approve said budget at their regular board meet-
ing on June 27, 2016.

The Grande Ronde Model Watershed located in La Grande,
Oregon, invites Bids for the construction of the Lostine River
- Sheep Ridge Fish Passage Improvements - 2016 project
located approximately 3 miles south of Lostine, Oregon, in
Wallowa County. Work for this Project consists of re-grading
the Lostine River approximately 150 feet downstream of the
Sheep Ridge Diversion. Work for this Project will include
constructing work area isolation barriers, rock grade control
structures, rock boulders along with excavation, backfill,
streambed simulation material placement, and all other asso-
ciated work, materials, and labor to complete the Project.
This is a rebid of the Lostine River - Sheep Ridge Fish Pas-
sage Improvements project that bid in January 2016.

The City of Joseph hereby gives notice of a public hearing to
consider a request by Vicki Waer to consider a conditional
use permit for a home occupation. Ms. Waer is requesting to
operate a hair salon. The property is zoned R-2 and is lo-
cated at 003 South Mill St., Map #2S 45E 31AA, Original
Town of Joseph.
The hearing is scheduled for 7:00 pm in the Joseph Commu-
nity Center on Thursday, June 2,2016. Those with an inter-
est in the application are invited to appear at the hearing and
place their testimony on record for council deliberation. Writ-
ten testimony will be taken up to the time of the hearing.
