NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of En-
terprise, Wallowa County, State of Oregon, to discuss the
budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, will
be held at the Enterprise City Hall, 108 NE 1st St., Enter-
prise, OR 97828. The meeting will take place on Wednes-
day, the 18th day of May, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of
the meeting is for the Budget Officer to present the budget
message to the Budget Committee and City Council, for De-
partment Heads to present any major changes in their budg-
ets, receive comment from the public, and approve the
budget. A copy of the budget document may be obtained on
or after May 13, 2016 at City Hall between the hours of 9
a.m. and 3 p.m. This is a public meeting where deliberation
of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may
appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs
with the Budget Committee during the Public Comment pe-
riod.
