Wells, 15, plays guard on the boys basketball team.. During the past week, Wells sank three 3-pointers as leading scorer for the Outlaws with 19 points during a 53-40 victory over Pilot Rock in the consolation game of the Enterprise Winter Classic on Dec. 12. Wells also scored six points in the Outlaws Dec. 11 losing effort to Pine Eagle. Earlier this year, Enterprise coach Ron Lathrop pointed to Wells as an up-and-coming player, saying, “He’ll step up this year and play a big part.” Wells is the son of Larry and Ilene Wells of Enterprise.
